Excuse me, but in regards to the question as to why there are no transgendered female POV shots on this blog, I found it very offensive that in your response, you put female in quotation marks. That strikes me as incredibly unnecessary and bespeaks an uneducated opinion on the group you were commenting on that you should either change or refrain from commenting on in the future. I think the message you sent with that statement definitely conflicts with the celebratory message you are trying to send to us women, and that saddens me as an attentive follower of this tumblr.
Looking back on that post, I guess the point of the quotation marks was to comment on the inherent male-ness of the penis. I admit that I am not the most informed person about transgendered people, but the point I was trying to make is that this blog is primarily dedicated to the exploration of the traditional female point of view. It is hard to communicate the feeling of transgender femininity through any sort of medium, especially an amateur pov shot. However, I do apologize for the remark, and looking back on it, I think the quotation marks are completely inappropriate. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I try to pride myself on tolerance and, as you said, the celebratory message of self empowerment I try to send with this blog to ALL women, including transgendered ones.
